Why ask the same question without researching it first?

What is it with everyone and asking how to lose weight? It’s the same exact answer everytime.

Step 1: exercise daily. 3-5x a week cardio, 3-6x a week strengthening

Muscle burns fat and cardio teaches your body how to burn fat quicker and more efficient. Do cardio in the morning with barely anything in your stomach. Do muscular endurance anytime with something in your stomach and a dose of protein before or after the workout. An hour for cardio and an hour for strengthening. 

Step 2: dieting: CHANGE YOUR DIET!!! Do NOT go on a diet because you will just gain all of the weight back that you lost before. Changing a diet does not happen in a day or a week. It takes lots of time and patience for your body to get use to the healthy changes. Low carb diets work well. Eat lots of veggies. If you eat meat then do not eat anything fried or covered in bread/bread crumbs. Supplements like hydroxycut help with cravings and protein shakes and vitamins help with rebuilding/building of your body structure. Nitrious Oxide helps with motivation.

Step 3: Routine and Regularity: Self explanitory…once you start something, stay with it or you will not get much from it. It only takes 5 days for your body to start losing muscle mass once you quit. You can lose up to 10lbs a week and be healthy and you can gain up to 10lbs a month(of muscle) and be healthy. I’ve never came close to those numbers but I’ve seen it done with a LOT of hard work and dedication.

to answer your question as to why they keep asking this question, its simple, its a conspiracy to bring down funadvice.com see a group of people that hate funadvice have joined and to make it short and sweet have vowed to bring down funadvice at whatever the cost. Their plan consist of asking the same annoying questions over and over till everyone gets so frustrated and annoyed that they eventually stop going to funadvice, eventually the only questions posted on funadvice will be those of the conspirators, they will include such question such as “I have to lose 10 lbs in 3 days” “how can I be anorexic” “is it safe to only eat 500 cals a day” and “how do I know I am pregnant” Once they have succeeded funadvice will fall and become a distant memory. Hopefully they will not be successful, but only time will tell. hope this answers your question.

I have been reading up on some of your advice bastrdassinjun, pretty impressive! To answer your question:

Most are looking for pro Ana/Mia buddies and by posting a question along those lines, they know that it is as good as putting up a business card to certain people on here that will actively promote and encourage them with their illness.

Mnay people really don’t want advice on how to manage their Eating disorder, they are looking for likeminded people to encourage and motivate them.

Hence the reason that we usually lock or delete these type of questions as soon as possible.

Anyone found using the site to actively promote or encourage others to self harm, whether this be via answers, funmail, messages or via a group, faces the minimum of a warning and maximum of being banned from the site and their IP address blocked to prevent them rejoining.

The Administrators and Advisors will not permit the use of the site to promote ANY form of self harm.

Remember, Anorexia and Bulimia are classed as a Mental Illness which generally goes far deeper than someone wanting to just lose weight.

The reason you shouldn’t lose more than 2 pounds a week is that it may dislodge arterial plaque, leading to a heart attack or stroke.

most of the people asking are girls he is mostly right talk to a pro do not use hydroxicut if you do already have a clean diet and or background in workingout eat carbs for sure so un healthy GIRLS big mistake cut out all fast food good lunch pots chick breast 6oz and veggies breakfeast yogert 2 eggs 1 slice whole wheat bread half grape fruit dinner 1 slice whole wheat bread 6 oz meat and 6 oz greens lite dressing also eat one hour before working out you need energy protien sha after you should have something weater snack or shake every 3 hours be safe and balanced you dont want to hurt your self diet is 90 of weight loss he is completley right you have to stay at it regularly at least 3 12 weeks before you notice differences
