Another common question about : Weight!! (Warning! Very long =P)

 I have a question about how to lose weight and blah blah blah =P. I have a serious weight problem! >3< I'm 13 years old and 190 pounds! Zomgah! Isn't that a lot?! I'm so disapointed D<

I don’t know how long this will be so I’m sorry if it’s long >.< First off! My whole family is big >P So I can’t help to be big with them…And don’t say you have to appreciate yourself and be pretty the way you are! Because we all know that can’t come true hehe.. >P

Hmm, let’s see here… I’m the hugest Japanese culture fan! So if there’s any good tasting helthy Japanese food I can make (That’s in a common Alberstons) Would be great!! I have lots of rice.. And I’m still not sure if that’s bad or good for you…And I have lot’s of Miso Soup, wich I know is good for you!

So I wake up at 6:50 to get ready and go to school, I don’t have breakfest because I don’t have time to make it, and my mom won’t make it because she’s lazy (Dun tell her I said that >o) Sooo~ How should I wake up in the morning? I have to wake up at 6:00 and that’s going to be impossible at first, so is there a way to slowely and surely get me to that time and I’ll be fulley awake?!

Hmm, secondly, I want to make rice and miso soup in the morning =P Mabye tea too. Rice: 40mins to make, Miso soup: 5 mins, and Tea: 5mins togetehr with soup~ So 45 minutes to make the food! Oh! But of course I have to make lunch (bento) I don’t usually eat lunch eather >.< School food? Black! So Hmm…You know what, I might skip lunch some more, because I don’t have any good recipes… sigh >/3\<

Also, when I say 190 pounds, you may think damn, she’s huge!! But I think I have a pretty good figure for how I weigh. I don’t have a belly, (seriously I don’t) I just have the side blargs and wideness in back and thighs =P And I think I look pretty good with make-up on too Heeehee =P

Excersize!! Lets see… At school, one of my periods I have to take papers to all of the teachers, so walking for 20 mins straight… That’s kind of excersizing right? And P.E. any normal thing… Run a little bit, stretch, stations…So yup… When I come back home, I plop down on this computer right here =) I’m making an online game, so I kind of have to stay on here =x But at 7PM I’m free, so anything I can do then… well I just do nothing, but I need a head start to point me were to go!

To make this huge thing short…

  1. How do I wake up at usuall 6:50 to around 6:00 or mabye even earlier without being incredible tired?

2: I love Japanes Culture, so is Rice and Miso soup and Tea bad in the morning to eat?

3.I might get mabye like 1 hour of excersize at school a day, and don’t have much time to get up and do somthing until 7:00 PM, can I do anything then? ( I go to bed at around 9-10)

4.I don’t know if I missed anything, so you should probably read what I put up all the way up there =P

5.Waaah!! I’m sorry it’s so long >.< I didn’t mean too!! But if you have any questions pleeeaassseee Funmail me or make a comment!! I really wanna lose this weight! (40-50 pounds) Jeebus that’s a lot D<

Don’t eat rice any later than lunchtime, it’s full of carbs and doesn’t keep you full for very long. Eating carbs late at night can make you gain weight. Brown rice is slightly better but in general you should eat rice and bread and pasta if you want to loose weight. Go to bed ealier at night so you can wake up earlier in the morning. Little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and just moving as much as you can throughout the day will help. Don’t skip meals. People think that to loose weight they have to make food the enemy and avoid it. This is not true. if you skip meals you will screw up your metabolism and losing weight will be even harder. Miso soup and tea and excellent for weight loss, so yes you can have them. Also try using weights. You dont have to buy actual weights if you can’t afford them. Use your body weight by doing squats and lunges and push-ups e.t.c. The more muscle your body has, the faster it burns off calories, even at rest. It’s a myth that women bulk up by weight training. Go for a walk/run at night if you can and if its safe.

Well my friend said she needed to lose some pounds so she went on Weight Watchers. She still eats what she wants and has lost around 20 pounds. Maybe you should see if they have any good Japanese food recepies. Sometimes I use brown rice which is healthier.
