Why am I never happy?

I’m always paranoid about my weight, everytime I eat something I feel guilty. I weigh 6 and a half stone and still feel the need to lose more. what do I do?

as a man I dont find skinny attractive..

eat, you must or youll end up in hospital from abusing your body.

Crushxx you have to start loving yourself as how you look like , its very important for your mood and not being in depression gap , do your best in practice and also eat the healthy food , >>> okai0 “ if that was the best way to advice someone here so stop giving replies and keep it for only yourself “

0kia0 is wrong, you are not a stupid girl. Everyone, female or not, wants to be physically attractive and sometimes they over do it. Eat healthy foods and keep exercising until you are healthy. Consult your doctor about ways to lose weight that can work for you. It’s really important to eat fruits and veggies. Try to exercise for 30 minutes about 3 times a week. Lay off the fatty foods and breads. When you get down to healthy weight then stay there and don’t get underweight because no one finds that attractive.

Exercising will make you feel better. Just do it, it’s what I tell everyone. People need to eat, it keeps us alive, people should also exercise, might make you feel less guilty when you eat as well.

I do a lot of excercise everyday, I run on treadmill do abs and drink water…I just want to be really skinny!

I am too. You are depressed by something.I have lost my mom and a lot others. it may just be because of a grade or a fight.
