Why am I hungry ever since I began working out?

hey, I’ve been hungry ever since I began working out. Which was about four days ago. I haven’t been exactly ‘hungry’, but I always feel like I need food, its not the ‘I’m bored’ urge. My workout is 100 crunches in the morning then 200-300 at night. I already feel a huge difference in my upper abs!!! YAY!! =) but why do I feel as if I always NEED to eat?

Answer #1

because by working out you have now sped your metabolism up which means your body actually uses the food you eat and stores it where it is supposed to go.(if youre eatin the right foods)but you can also just wrap some lunch meat up with some cheese cutting the bread out.which gives you protein and calciumand cutting the bread out cuts the carbs out and you also need to cut the sugar out.sugar turns str8 to fat making it hard to see that 6-pack same with bread it contains bad carbs which turn mostly to fat.but you need carbs for energy so you can eat fruit cocktail which contains complex carbs which break off more into energy and not fat.

Answer #2

Drink plenty of water, and eat if you’re hungry. if you’re working out you using energy and your body needs to replace it.

Answer #3

When you work out, you burn off calories, which makes you have room left to eat more food. You are probably used to eating when you dont have a full stomach, so you tend to get hungary. Try drinking a lot of water and eat healthy food after working out and that will not put that weight back on again

Hope this helps :)
