Why can't I ever lose weight?

I have always had trouble losing weight no matter how hard I try, and I’m very active. I’m an all-star cheerleader which actually works you a lot and we have practice a lot. I always go to the gym and work out a lot. Ever since I sprained my ankle really bad and fractured it I havent been doing anything, but I have lost weight and I’ve always stayed at the same weight. I think it’s weird how I would lose weight when I’m not doing anything. Does anyone have an ideas why?

I got told that if you lack sleep its harder for you to lose weight. Which is why I can never lose any since I get like 3 hours sleep a night.

But I dunno how much you sleep, so I can’t tell you.

If your active everyday your working out your muscles. It is a fact that muscle weighs more then fat. So if your sitting around doing nothing your loosing muscle there for loosing weight..

have you ever been to a doctor to check and see if you had a thyroid problem?

Dear Ash, Try an exercise bike..Do about 10 to 12 miles a day. Familycoach
