Why do I eat more since working out?
ever since I started working out I tend to eat more and I don’t feel quiet full at all why is this.
beacuse you need more fuel …I work out everyday and I eat like every three hours…but just dont stop working out cus all the extra food that you eat is gonna go to your stomach
working your body uses more of the nutrition that is taken by food try to eat more protein like chicken fish and eggs also eat carbs as well, as far as eating not filling you up try waiting for your mind to catch up with your stomach also try eating slower help to get you full faster this way you can save on calories
