Does any one have whippet dog?

if you do what are they like ? and can you leave them on their own for a few hours?

From what I’ve seen they’re pretty timid, quiet dogs. And I don’t see why you couldn’t leave any dog on it’s own for a few hours, if it has a crate :) http://funadvice.com/r/159vpn6tqam That might help ^^

I had a friend with a whippet, and I can say that was one of the best dogs I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He was kind-of a wuss tho, the dogs are definitely lovers, not fighters.

For those reading… A whippet is an ancient breed breed of dog, bred for hunting and racing. It’s similar to the Greyhound.
