Do you lose weight in the same places you gain it?

when you put on weight sometimes it can mainly go to one place of your body…in my case its my thighs…so if I go on a diet does that mean ill lose the fat from my thighs the most cause thats where I put on weight the most?

ty is 100% wrong! You cannot pin-point fat loss…you can TIGHTEN an area up but you will still be jiggly. jazlovestoskate is of course wrong too in the pin-point fat loss thing. You do not lose fat in the first place where you gained it. You first lose fat in your neck. But you will put fat on your stomach and waistline before anywhere else.

Uhm no… it doesnt work that way… the only way to target one area is by exercising it…

it doesnt work that way. diets dont really help you lose wight. starving your body of much needed foods doesnt help it. if you want to loose weight do it the proper way. eat healthy and exerscise reguarly. you dont see imediant results but if you stick with it youll start to see some. do exerscises that target the thighs so youll loose more from there
