Where's my damn hat?

I have a question that maybe someone can help me out with, I just 11 days ago place a order with hometeams.com and I have not recieve my order, and what makes me mad is that I gave this theaving motherf* my credit card number, when I called a week after I placed my order they told me that they were moving to another ware house, but I order a week ago shouldn’t they had send my order out already? Now of all of a sudden they don’t even answer the phone it just rings and rings, they told me it would take 72 hours to process and it would be sent out, does anyone have a problem with this company as well? I try to file a complaint but is impossible somebody talk to me, nike

well remember they only count for business days which is monday through friday.. so the order takes 3 BUSINESS days to process. then it takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive. so say you order it on friday night.. they won’t start processing the order until monday morning. 3 days to process would take you to wednesday. THEN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS after wednesday is when your package should arrive. so that could mean anywhere from wednesday of the next week, to friday of the next week…

probably the worst time to order something would be on a friday night, or weekend.

WEll I haven’t had any trouble because I’ve never ordered from them!! LOL! but yeh that is a problem because your credit card # is on the line!!! So just keep trying if any more problems…WEll, just get your hat!
