How to find a job with 2 felonies at the age of 21?

Hello All, Before I ask my question, I strongly believe some convincted felons do have a second chance.

Now, onto my problems.

I have been convicted of Intend to sell Controlled Substances as well as intent to sell Marijuana…

Now, please note I am only 21 years old.

The field I wish to be in is the Computer WEBSITE programming field;

I realize 2 felonies will make it difficul for me:

Here are the questions…

Is it worth it so Transfer to a 4 year Universe to enhance m knowledge of computer programming?

And just how damn hard will it be for me?

I have tje skills, just need adice…

Any and all advice will be greatly appreciatd..
