When will I get some sleep lord?

For the past month I cant fall asleep I will be in why bed from 9 oclock and even 4am ill still be awake… Ireally need to go sleep… When I get up in the morning I feel like I havent slept 4 years… This is gettin to my head I cant take it any more also under my eyes are really dark. This makes me feel like killing my self… Help me pls

I was sleeping with my parents until this year and I’m 13 so don’t worry about it

sleeping pills. dont just knock them back, take them carefully. or see a doctor- you may have a sleeping disorder. it could probably be fixed with medication or something but its best to get the right one.

how muchdo you end up sleeping a night? It usd to be like that with me too… and then I started doing stuff to exhaust myself. like joning the gym and going like every night…

also, my exboyfriend used to try Nytol, they’re sleeping pills, but if ever gets to you having to go to meds, I would suggest you see a doctor…
