When to stop workout?

I’ve just been on my tredmill and when I came off I almost collapsed had to hold onto to the bike

Id just like to know how I would now when to stop Because I always feel like I could have done more or too much

for muscle gain workout between 45-60minutes. For intensity cardio 30minutes. For fat burning cardio 40-60minutes. Anything longer and you will start burning off muscle and too many valuable nutrients in your body. If you are doing long distance running then it is ok but stay at a good relaxing pace.

everything depends on your weight, your goals and etc… so start off slow so your body gets used to you excerising.. then incease it including how long you do it.

say you run the treadmill for 20-30 one day and the next day. the next next day try 40-45.. and work you way up.. but heres a sign of too much..

if you sweat real bad and stop suddenly thats a sign of heatstoke so if that ever occurs stop what your doing drink water slowly, and cool off. and continue the next day but maybe a little less harsh!
