How can I stop this?

hey so I’m 20 years old, 5 foot 6, 150lbs and I play field hockey and anyways im doing workouts everyday and drinking lots of water but everyday I feel more and more fat and I’ve been having to go up in pants size… any advice to stop this? or maybe lose some weight from fat??

your probly not eating the right foodz you shud do sum cardio to help burn the fat but if your trying to get more muscle lift weights about 3-4 times a week and either eat foods high on protein or drink protein shakez

um… I don’t know mabye water weight just portion your food to go smaller and smaller then your body might get used to eating less. but dont jump that small to fast.
