When...possible to go from a size 10 to a size 7 in 2 weeks?

I would like to know if its possible to get from a size 10 in pants to a size 7 pant in 2 weeks. I would like to go back to school (Jan. 5) and be smaller and fit.

it is possible when you get the wii Fit Plus and do the running games over and over again then go to sleep for a while—my BFF just did that running game for 6 hours with a break of 5 minutes every hour or so then went to sleep for 7 hours then lost at least six pounds.

no weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

Nooo. I don’t think so, silly bear. If you work out everyday and change your diet and drink lots of water, I’m sure you’ll see changes in your body in a month or so. You can combine fruits and veggies into your meal and eating five small meals. Avoid junk food and punish yourself if you do by working out. You can begin by walking and then running but remember to stretch! You can also lose weight by doing cardio exercises. yaaay you! good luckk.

Not in 2 weeks… for now just suck it all in lol
but I bet you could in like a month… also you could get one of those body thingys where it holds in your tummy to make you look smaller…

I’m not sure…Last year I lost 11 pounds from stress from school, projects, etc. It also helped because I wouldn’t eat a lot of fast food but a lot of fruit…Also take dance or something because I had ( still have) dance lessons twice a week. Drink lots of water too!:)

lol well its could be possible but you’de have to like be doing crack, take some vitamins, no sweets a bunch water no fats and just work out nonstop im not kidding not that I’ve done it my friends have though

It could be possible … when I was in Basic I went from a size 7/8 to a size 1/2 in a month. Of course you would have to follow the basic training work out … First of all walk a lot and only sit down for meals. Do push ups and sit ups through out the day every day … no break days. Drink ONLY water. No soda, milk, coffee, … ONLY water. Eat only 3 times aday 7am, 12pm, and 7pm. Do not eat before or after those times and def do not eat between those times … you can eat whatever you want, but NO (I mean NOOO) sweets. EVER! Oh, and you can only eat for 3 mins … time yourself. Do a workout before you eat in the morning and after you eat at night … mostly weight training and run 2x a week. Do be afraid to drop and do push ups anytime during the day. Do all this and do cheat and you should be a skinny minnie in no time! Have fun!
