When on a diet is this a bad meal plan?

Weight:120 Height:5’3 Age:14

I do something similar to this everyday and was wondering if I needed to cut back more:

Breakfast: light yogurt (8o calories)

Lunch: water and a cheerios cereal bar: (150 cals)

Snack: low fat cottage cheese(60 calories)

Dinner:turkey on wheat bread(1 slice) with handful of grapes and peas(I know sick combo but all I had)

Snack: mini pretzel sticks

I’ve been keeping the protions reasonable for everything and the only drink I’ve had that wasnt water is iced tea sweetened with splenda.

it sounds like you need to be eating more…a lot more not everything you eat needs to be “low fat” you should be eating meat at least 3 tmes a week like beef, chicken, pork, fish, ect as well as vegetables add some other food in like nuts, and lentils even
