When fighting to save lives, who are we fighting against?

Well, I don’t think it’s really about fighting AGAINST something…I think it’s more fighting FOR something. Like “fighting” for a cause. Working so that the people you are treating can have the best chance of having health and happiness, or at least not as much suffering, that is possible.

Its more of a figure of speech. There isn’t a physical opponent. The hard work of medical professionals can seem like a fight. Its continuous with plenty of patients to “fight” for.

You are fighting agains everything, you are savings peoples lives to make them live you are fighting toward the lat thing on this earth,

You are fighting against the disease or injury that is killing them.

My view is that you are using the word ‘’fighting’’ too literally. There is no adversary. You are working toward an outcome you view as favorable. You’re not fighting anything or anyone any more than an engineer is fighting someone while working to dam a river.

if the person your treating or whatever is dying or has some kind of health limitations then you are fighting to give that person a chance…another yr, hr, day..to b happy or simply b alive..u are fighting for that..I think,,,anyway thats my opinion..mayb I didnt express it rite.
