When are you supposed to sleep with a bra and underwear on?

When you wear a bra all day the last thing you want to do is go to bed with one on. Just wear some pyjama shorts and top. Wearing a bra does NOT stop your boobs from growing, and e l l a , you are not supposed to wear a bra to bed , you make your own choice. I look forward to having a shower at night then being bra free till morning.

Well your 13 when I was 13 I slepted in a bra & under wear.Or just under wear.Either one but I suggest you sleep in under wear forsure lol you dont really have to sleep in a bra at any age, if you dont feel comfortable sleeping in one.Its your choice.Just try it one night with a bra & under wear & the next night try it without it, it doesnt matter.

In the way of conventional thinking your supposed to have some type of clothing on while sleeping (unless your a nudist of course) But if ya find it too uncomfortable run by a local clothing store and pick up some pajamas that are more comfortable.

there is no supposed to you dont have to if you dont want to some people do and some people dont also wearing a bra wont affect your boobs in any way and it wont stop them from growing only if your constantly wearing a much smaller bra than your supposed to thats flattening your boobs

your always supposed to sleep with under wear. but sleeping with a bra prevents your boobs from growing faster.

ther is no time and space if u wana sleep naked . if u wana do it then do then do it . if u r using r about to use tampons then no need wear underwar also during periods
