Will sleeping on your front make any difference to your boobs growing? Also does sleeping in a bra make any difference whatsoever?

mine are 38DD and I sleep on my front all the time with no pain.

And no it will not make your breasts grow slower.

You can wear a bra to bed if you want although I would think this would be uncomfortable.

No, it won’t affect the growth rate of your breasts

Do make sure you’re wearing a proper fitting bra however, to avoid sagging and back pain
