When to workout?
Ok so I’ve been trying to workout and I have lost weight but not a lot… I was wonderin wats the best time to work out or when should you work out? Is it supposed to be early in the morning right after you eat dinner, in the middle of day when you havent eaten a lot, or right after dinner so you burn all the calories and fat from all the meals?… Thanx=)
I work out early in the morning like around six I do it for about an hour and a half. but the same time doesnt work for everyone I do it early cause it wakes me up gets the blood flowing in the bdy but yea if you want to lose weight remember to drink plenty of water that is the key to losing weight.
I leave my house around 6AM to go walking/jogging. Then I eat lunch around 1 or 2 and go walking/jogging again. After dinner is when I stay in to work out with some equipment cause that meal is probably the worst for your body.
I work out in the morning after breakfast. I start with a jog to the park, then back home, then I do some crunches, squats, and lunges. I wouldn’t do it after dinner, becuase you might get a stomach ache from burning the calories after dinner so soon. So don’t eat a lot before you work out. Don’t forget to stay hydrahted! I jog in the morning after breakfast then when I get back, I eat a granola bar. I also have a workout that I do in the middle of the day. I eat after that. Fresh veggies!!! LOTS OF WATER
Since you are mostly likely going to school, I would say the best time is in the morning, before you go to school. Exercising at night may seem convenient but it affects your body in ways that will make it hard for you to sleep afterwards.
You may think that exercising in the morning may make you tired during the school day, but the opposite is true. Exercise releases hormones in the body that provide you with extra energy during the day, as well as lifting your mood. Since you [hopefully] shower before you go to school anyways, you won’t smell like B.O. or anything.
