You need to burn off the fat with cardio/aerobics. Ab workouts will strengthen the muscles, not reduce your weight. I’d suggest running on the step for 10 mins every night for the first week, and add one minute every night for the next 3 weeks. Running on the step, I mean if there is a flight of stairs in your house or outside, just go up and down on the first step. If 10 mins is too easy, hold a dumbell in each hand.
Actually, let me correct that – 10 mins is too harsh. Start with 6 mins. Keep everything else the same, lol.
Yeah, sit-ups. That and diet.
I’d do crunches and curl ups or something. But I don’t know the BEST way. o.o Crunches are easy though, you don’t want to overdo it.
