try the low carb diet…trust me it works..I’ve tried so many diets and this is the only diet you can go on that you dont need to exercise..I lost 4.1 kilos in 1 week… also learnt that ‘fat’ is not the bad guy that people make it out to be its ‘carbs’ remember 80% is the eating and 20% is exercise…exercising defintly helps with the weight loss…good luck :)
