What to do when upset or angry?

Im very angry and upset and very sad and depressed what can I do ?

Cheer up? I know it sounds obvious but it really does work, sounds to me like your just sitting there letting all the bad things go through your head, well what you wanna do is get a hold of one if your mates and have a nice good old chat with them get things off your chest and see if they can help you think about things in a different light, eat some ice cream aswell cheers anyone up a do it whenever I feel down :) hehe Hope you feel better soon!

if your feeling depressed maybe you should see a doctor before something ugly mite happen depression arent very nice find help as soon asap

Listen to calming music… Breath slowly..take deep breaths… write down your feelings… get your mind of of things… go running
