Why am I such an angry person?

I get angry at every little thing and I’ve had loads of really bad fights. I’ve been to see councillers and done anger management courses at school but nothing has helped. I come from a loving family and have plenty of friends… What else could it be?

It could be hereditary. Not a lot of people will agree with this though. Lol But, my brother’s really hot-tempered like that too. Just like my mum. I tend to be more calm and relaxed about things like my dad [oO] Maybe you’re angry because something hasn’t been properly fulfilled in your life. I dunno.. It could be anything really. Sometimes when I do get really angry I take atleast 10 seconds to think how much I would hurt the person when I don’t mean to. Then I calm down about it =] It helps =/

you just got to chill, let things go, if something bothers you and it doesn’t effect your chances to success that its stupid pointless and a waste of time

you have to relax cause something bad could happen really quick I’ve sent a kid to the hospital because I flipped during class you just cant let your anger get the best of you
