What should I do to look good in a bikini by summer?

I am 5’4 and I weigh 130 pounds. I need advice on how to slim your thighs and belly!! Whenever I put on my new bikini I’m amazed at how, I guess, large my thighs are, and feel! I have a small body type, and I’m trying to get down to at least 110 pounds before summer. Any help, please?

Ugh, I’m with you. Haha I need a workout video too. I’m not fat, but I’m not where I’d like to be. :(

Exercise. Eat healthy. It’s extremely simple. Pick up Denise Austin’s Burn Fat Fast workout DVD. It works for me. Makes you slim and toned in no time if you eat healthy as well.
