What is a good and quick way to get a good bikini body?

Basically I’m going on holiday at the beginning of june time. I want to have a half decent body that I’m not to embarassed about. I want to know a good way to get pretty toned and maybe loose a few pounds, I also need a way to stay motivated! I have thought about the gym, but I can’t really afford it, so its not really an option, please help! :)

um well honestly, im not shure if it will help but what I like to do is it will get hard doing it daily thats why try out different times and days then see what works best for you!

then, juss always start off with warm ups! containing some: 25 jumping jacks, 10 squats, at least 35 situps, 5 pushups, and leg stretches… each time try to increase the number.

And what I do is that I haev an elliptical at home which helps you lose weight and get a firm lower body. but yeah so if you can at least visit the gym or a frinds house or even buy a goood equipment that will help reach your goal- then why not!! lol

but if you cant, start off with DVDs. thats what im doing at the moment and I do see very little result. its only my 2-3week? lol

some good dvds would be like I personally love shuan t (hiphop abs) he has sooo many dvds from that seris. either fer your lower body, upper body, flexibilty… hes the best makes you sweat and burn like crazy!!! :D so worth it! lol

and im right now using something called 10 minutes solution dance mix. its like all dance moves but secretly in those dance moves it helps lose weight and frim your body. plus you can schedule your own program and theres a lot to choose from!! (body remix, cardio street heat are the best! lol)

see? like you should always warm up before doing anything and just search up online, buy or order from the library dvds that can help achieve your goal. there are millions of dvds you can try- but try to stay commited to it and do daily to see more prgress.. remember YOU CAN DO IT! :) lol hope that helped, if you got questions juss ask me! good luck
