What should I do.?! I totaly cant think right now?

Ok! Hi so what do I do?! I am 14 years old and I went out earlier tonight and I got drunk. I cant think straight, I have a headach, my stomach hurts and im like throwing up. I know all of this is normal after drinking but I dont drink often so I dont know what to do. Help me?!

okay eat bread make sure you dont get it in your hair then just lay down drink lots of water and make sure you just rest and make sure you eat and next time you drink dont mix dark alchol with light because thats how you get sick and if the throw up continues for more than 1 day than you may have alchol poisioning lol trust me been there done that.. and honey you have to know your limit hope this helps!!!

yea, sleep it off. and your parents seem like “really nice people” not! what the h*ll is wrong with them?!?! you’re way too young to drink that much, I’m the same age, if you do at all then you should only have one, no more! and seriously, you could’ve had some serious problems if you drank and drank and drank, adults do so it’s even easier for us!

Interesting parents…I don’t know if that was a good decision on their part. alcohol at your age can really be bad for your health…

I was with my parents. its not like I I was wth a group of my friends. my parents let me drink and keep drinking so I did. and they were laughing at me and now I dont feel good

You should should try going to bed and sleep it off. And drink lots of water to flush it out of your system. And you should also stop drinking…you are still young there will be time for that later

don’t worry, put a cold flannel on your head and get a cold glass of water or something and yes, sleep it off :)
