Do you think something is wrong, or am I right?
So, lately I’ve been really bummed about my weight and all. Last week, I didn’t eat the entire week and went to the gym everyday. Then, my mom made me eat. Since then, I’ve felt like I’ve gained 50 thousand pounds and I feel HORRIBLE. Today, I wasn’t going to eat, but then I told myself that I wan’t going to eat for the past 3 days, but I always ended up eating. Whenever I did eat, I’d eat and couldn’t stop. Today, I kept eating and eating, but not junk food though, it was chicken. Now I feel horrible like I can’t do anything. I feel like I’m going to go crazy. Lately, I’ve noticed that everytime I drink something, I look at it to make sure it’s a diet drink. Then I feel like I want to kill my mom cause she’s the one that made me eat. I was fine when I wasn’t eating and now all I can think about is food and when I eat I feel like crap. Tomorrow I plan to stop eating for the next 2 weeks and workout everyday. People have told me that I have some sort of eating disorder. I’ve had problems with food since I was 12, with yo-yo dieting and all, but I do not have an eating disoder. I’m fat. I weigh well over 200. Do you think there’s something wrong here? or am I okay to be feeling/acting this way?
you probably feel sick because after 4 days of not eating your body stops feeling hungry. if you can wait the 4 days you wont have hunger cravings any more, lol even tho this is not heathy im not going to prech to you. in I know people think its wrong but when I over-eat or when I feel sick after I ate I just trow it up, throwing up really isnt that bad and people who say it is obviosly have not tried it. im not saying I am belimic and I try really hard to only do it when I feel sick. it may not be right for you, but starving yourself makes you feel really weak, and when I do it I start to forget things.
The way you are trying to loose weight is all wrong.
Is just not eating sustainable? Can you see yourself doing this for the rest of your life? You can loose a boatload of weight by fasting but when you start eating again you will likely gain it all back.
Your best bet is to go to a doctor for help with this. Short of that there are websites that can help you track your foods and set dietary goals.
