What do you think of the medical thingy?

okay…I have a really bad habit of biting on my lip. I do it when I am stressed, deep in a thought, or I do it even when I dont know I am doing it. I have tried everything. now, I think my lip is infected and on top of that, right underneath my jaw line like where my chins start, I feel a lump of some kind and it hurt…A Lot! do you think it has something to do with my extreme lip biting? I put ice on it and take bayer and tylenol. it helps for a few hours and then it hurts again. could my thyroid be swollen or something else? I cant afford to go to my doctor now or the emergency clinic. yall dont think its bad do you and my hair is falling out kinda bad so I wonder if I am really sick with something or I dont. help.

go see your doctor asap, I dont no what it could be, but if its bad the doctor will send you to the hospital so they can sort it out!
