What is it and is it poisonous?

I live in Georgia. ( Giving location of thing. ) I found an insect in my bed, probably about the size of a nerd candy. It had a brown flesh-like circular body with a white spot on the back and six legs. I tried to squish it but its flat body kept preventing it. It would look like he died and then start walking like nothing happened 2 seconds later. Finally, I took a pencil and jabbed it multiple times. After the 12th or so stabbed, it seemed dead.

What the hell was that thing?

it sounds like a tick..I don’t know if you have ticks there..in Texas it is pretty bad this year already…rubbing alcohol will kill them just put some on a cotton ball and wrap it around the tick for a few secs…???

LOL it was probably a tick or flea. it happened to me once and I was like, ‘w..t..f’?!?!?!

Look up bedbugs online, they re coming back and we are seeing numbers of them all over the US. Do you have blood stains on your sheets and if so are they on the pillow. If you have little red bits on your arms and legs, it is possible you have bedbugs. It’s no joke this can be serious.
