well each fruit serves a different purpose so I dont think thers an appropriate answer for that =/. Eggs serve a very important purpose protecting the lense of our eyes from developing cataract formation (cataract formation is what causes blurriness and lack of eyesight in aging). Also eggs are rich in cysteine, sulfur, lecithin, amino acids and lutein. All in all eggs are very healthy for you, as for which fruit is the healthiest they all are they each serve a different purpose (ex: bananas reduce muscle crampings).
