What do you think of this kind of diet
Okay for 3 days I eat 1 meal a day which is 200 calories and I don’t excersice and the rest of the week I’ll eat 400 calories a day though I excersice on the treadmill for 30 mins. If this is not a good diet can you give me suggestions of a fast rapid weigh loss. Because I am trying to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
Eating less is bad you need to eat like 3 meals a day Breakfast,Lunch,dinner (Optional)Late night snack And you should drink water and you know eat healthy stuff and eating like a fish stick or something small then do nothing that’ll actually make you FATA as said by ‘’Sue0142’’
its not just about diet though its also excursive. and in some cases if you stop eating too much you will gain weight because your body starts storing the little food you consomme.
