emotional diet

Im 14 and Im currently like stuck on this diet. My weight is the least of my concerns, but I sometimes want to lose some. And I eat like alll the time. I have never been on a diet before and I persuaded my rents to think I needed to be on one. Its soo hard!! I feel emotional all the time and Not the good kind. I dont even know how much weight I should lose but I wanna be a size1 and right now im a size 2

how much weight do you have to lose if youre size2 to drop down to a size1? is it normal to feel emotional when youre on a diet? does anybody feel the same way?

First of all your weird! A size 2 is supper skinny Im a size 5 Im the one whos fat your not!!! but if you seriously want to lose weight you can exercise like run for 30mins everyday its hard in the beginning but you will get used to it and will always want to exercise you cant eat healthy like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy!
