What can I use to motivate me?

Im starting my new diet tomorrow and I really want to stick with it this time. im almost fifteen and sometimes sleepovers ruin everything and kic kme of coarse. I want to know what I can do or use to really motivate me on my diet. please and thank you!(:

Diets are so hard to stick too.

what helps me is taking a full body pic of yourself and putting ir in your wallet or room, that way you see the pic and makes you want to keep dieting.

or try to remember how hard the greasy foods you eat will be to loose and the skinny jeans you love will no longer fit and if they do say hello to muffin top!! lol.

10 pounds in 2 years means nothing. You could have gained that growing up. Most likely that is natural. o.O

haha ya I was thinking of doing that. the snacks are just so temping!! plus on top of that my parents are divorcing with really suck and I tend to eat out my emotions. I gained I think about ten pounds two years ago when my grandpa died.

Just eat when your hungry and when you think ‘Hmmm… I’d really like to have a snack’ then just think of how after you have eaten it, it is all gone and you’re left feeling guilty about it. Drink water when you want a snack instead, it fills you up. Maybe try flavored water if you want flavor. And when your depressed, chew some gum instead, its like eating but your actually burning more calories chewing. (not much but hey, its better than sitting down to a big slice of cake)

try writin poem :) works for me. And I know some people who think they suck at writing poetry. but anyone can do it. Make a poem about what you want to be motivated to do. then just keep repeating it to yourself. :) HOPE I HELPED!!! XD
