Lost my motivation. Help?

I was on a very strict regime, working hard and seeing results. Then sunddenly my attitude changed. My self-loathing eased slightly so now I’m becoming lazy and eating far too much. I always feel really guilty afterwards but by then the damage is done; I’m scared I’m going to gain back the weight and I really need to carry on loseing. How do I get my motivation back?

well what changed your additude. you just got to do what makes you happy. and if you want to live a certain way just put effort into it, and after a while youll be used to it again :) <33
