What can I do to get a toned body for prom in 3 weeks?

Prom is in about 3 weeks and I want to shape up a bit before then. I’m wearing a really tight dress so I want to shape my stomach area especially along with my back area since it has an opening. What are some eating and exercise tips that I could use to get a toned body before prom?

I don’t know about toning but I know of a diet that guarantees a loss of 6-10lbs in only 3 days! It is an unhealthy method and can only be used for “emergencies”! lol. I tried it with my boyfriend and it worked! ofcourse, drink a lot of water, and exercise! Google: lose 10lbs in 3 days…

there is no healthy way to tone up quickly in such a short amount of time even with exrscise, you wont get much results in 3 weeks a body toning item of clothing underneath your dress would be a better option
