What are some other cardovasicular workouts?

What are some good cardiovascular workouts other than walking or running? I want some that are very effective. And also if you know any good workouts to tone the lower tummy, please tell me. Please be descriptive. Thanks(:

My first answer would be sex, being on top is the best cardiovascular work out ever. But then how irresponsible would I be if I promoted sex to underage members. (Placing my broken halo back onto of my head) ;)

One of my girl friend has a ‘to die’ for body, she does a lot of swimming, she hits the pools and does laps after laps before she heads off to work. After work twice a week she does boxing aerobic in a recreation gym classes.

To achieve your goal to have a toner tummy, you need to stick to working out, eating sensible, selecting alcoholic drinks wisely. Exercise helps you to lose weight but all the other factors allows you to reach your goal sooner then later and maintain it.
