What are some good ways to lose weight?

Okaii, so I want to lose 20 lbs, and I’ve already lost 10 Lbs. in about 3 weeks. I’m just wondering if thts too much/little I don’t want to go anorexic.. SO what are good ways to Lose weight fast?? :)

tha most healtyhiest way is to loose a pound to two punds a week if you loose weight fast then you gonna gain it alll back the more fat you got the more you will loose do weight train ab and cardio everyday and eat small meals every 3hrs don’t eat past 8!

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you probably do not need to loose any weight also weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens gradullly there is no healthy way to loose weight fast
