Does anyone know what this weight loss technique is called?

There is a weight loss program. The graph shows a line. It dips down for a short period and comes back up. Does anyone know what this weight loss technique is called? And does anyone know a good program with this?

do you mean cardio? its a way to burn fat fast by making your heart beat really fast, then slow, then fast again, then slow. an example would be running for 3 minutes, then walking for 1 minute, then running for another 3 minutes, then walking for another minute, ect ect. i dont know if this is what youre talking about, but if youre trying to lose weight, its a great way to burn away excess fat quickly and easily (:
