Does anyone know a good way to lose weight in about 6-7 months?

Does anyone know a good (and by good, I dont mean like easy or quick) way to lose gain in about 6-7 months? Thanx!

Go running for at least 20 minutes a day, slowly increasing speed and duration. Eat when you’re hungry, and eat slowly. When you’re full, stop eating. It might help to cut out things that are pure junk, or save them for treats.

If you don’t like running, try jump rope, hiking, biking, or swimming.

Make sure you eat breakfast! It kickstarts your metabolism.

Drink lots of water!
