Weight loss plateau, help!!!!

I am 26 and my weight fluctuates back and forth from 143 to about 148. I lost 40 lbs and have kept it off for almost 3 years. However, since that period of time, I am not losing any more weight. I eat extremely healthy and work out 6 days a week. Sometimes twice a day. I recently hired a personal trainer and have been following her eating plan as well as her workout regimine. However, I am not seeing any results. In fact, I think that my butt and thigs are getting bigger. Help!

If your butt and thighs are getting bigger, you could actually be gaining muscle and in turn, gaining weight. Tell your trainer about this, and see if she can alter your regimen to target fat-burning, it may be too intense and therefore you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.
