Will drinking Apple Cider Vinegar help weight loss?

Is it true that if you drink apple cider vinegar every day, you’ll lose weight?

I find it kind of unbelievable.

The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat and keeping healthy. Aplle cider vinegar just sounds nasty lol and for some reason I picture kidneys screaming for help.

from what I’ve heard, apple cider vinegar can help with weight loss because it supresses your appetite. I have heard that it can help clear skin, aid digestion, give you energy, and act as a remedy for several other random problems. although there is no scientific evidence to prove it, many swear by it. I recently just started drinking it because I have heard so much about it I thought it wouldnt hurt to try. supposedly you are to drink 2 Tbsp before each meal or 1/4 cup each day. I’ve been doing it for 2 days now before each meal or when I get a craving. it makes me somewhat nauseaus so that I dont have the desire to eat as much. as far as losing weight I havent been doing it long enought to tell if it works, but if you like I will update you if it works!
