Weight loss, i'm fifteen and can't find anything that works

I need help on losing weight and I cant find anything that works?? what should I do I am 15 years old and weigh 185 what can i do? plus i am only 5ft 1”. What can i do??

Try the Abs diet. It’s basically healthy living. Working out and eating right. It is mostly advocated in the Men’s Health magazine. stay away from sodas. even diet ones can leave you bloated bc of sugar. drink water, ur body will be happy. and u dont have to go cold turkey, do it gradually. be sure and exercise bc that speeds up your bodys metabolism. dont expect things to happen all of a sudden if u need to talk im there 4 u!

It depends on how fast you want to lose weight. When I need to lose weight fast I always eat only yogurt for a couple of days and I lose it fast. I also exercise. If you want to lose it more gradually, I like nutrisystem. Yes, it is 300 dollars a month. But, I promise you it works.
