If you have just had an baby and you are now use to eating the way you did when you were pergant and all you what to do is loss that gut you have and get an flat stomach / six pack. Can you help me with weight loss after having a baby?

you eat a little bit during the day “little” 6 times and walk on a tredmil or if not that walk out on the rode excersise alot and eat atleast a salsd a day it will help lot and when you walk take your baby it will bring your self estem up
