Losing weight

I know that everyone’s been asking questions about their weight, but I need advice. I’m quite small on top but I have very wide hips, a big butt and thick thighs. I can’t find anything that helps me. When I try to lose fat in that part of my body, the rest of me also gets smaller and I look ridiculous.

Your hips are wild. I like wild hips women. man genrally like those women how has wild hips so dont worry about them.

Yes, I forgot to mention that if that is your natural shape genetically (as in, most of the women in your family has a body shape like that too), then it will be harder to slim those areas down.

Keep going with the cardio and weights, plus a good healthy diet. You can’t target eliminate fat in certain areas, your body sheds fat overall. So don’t worry, the fat loss will even out if you keep at it.

I wish I had that shape…I suggest just trying to tone and tighten your lower body,you really can’t change the shape…sounds like jessica rabbit to me,sexi I’m jealous…
