Weight loss HELP ITS URGENT!
I need to loose a good 20-25 pounds in the next 2 months without becoming anorexic or bulimic. I need to loose it all I have to make my dance team! its my life!!! HELP ME!
just drink water, stop eating any meat other than chicken, exercise for 30 minutes a day. don’t eat fried stuff or fatty foods. 20 pounds in 2 months is a realistic goal but you will have to work hard for it
Start eating better cut the high carb foods and the junk food dont stop eating thats the worst thing. oh also cut the soda swtich to water believe it or not soda makes you gain a bunch. Also work out alittle can help just dont go crazy and stop eating cause that will make you gain more back.
