What are workouts for pregnant women?

I WILL BE HAVING A BABY SOON. WHAT IS THE BEST WORKOUT FOR ME TO DO? HOW SOON AFTER I HAVE THE BABY HSOULD I START WORKING OU? WHAT WORKOUTS SHOULD I DO FOR MY STOMACH? HELP!!

DID YOU DO ANY EXERCISES BEFORE YOU GOT PREGNANT? IF YOU WERE VERY ACTIVE BEFORE YOU GOT PREGNANT MOST OB-GYNS SAY YOU CAN CONTINUE YOUR REGULAR ACTIVITY. IF YOU WERE NOT VERY ACTIVE I WOULD SAY TO START OFF SLOW. TAKE WALKS. RIDE A BIKE. SWIMMING IS A GREAT EXERCISE. AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR BABY I WOULD SAY 6 WEEKS AFTER BIRTH YOU CAN START HEAVY EXERCISE.IF YOU HAVE A C-SECTION THEN I THINK ITS LONGER. TALK TO YOUR OB-GYN. HOPE THIS ADVICE HELPS.

Talk to your ob-gyn about it. She would be able to tell you what is best for you and safest for your baby.
