Answer #4

You can’t say that America is “stupid” it’s just that small group of Florida citizens the jury who found her not guilty. Moi, I found her guilty period. I don’t see how you didn’t know where your child was, I mean you would show so much concern, never giving up hope. Posting pictures to sites and what not, not partying and lying to cover your a–. I really wish she was found guilty because she is guilty, I really don’t care what you have to say.

Answer #5

America IS stupid. We’re a bunch of greedy arrogant bastards….its all about money to people, but I’m just waiting for China to say “We want our money you owe us.” and we won’t have crap… so then tax will be high as a moutain, but then we will fail of course and be over run…stupid theory, but you can’t doubt for a second that’s how bad we are.

Answer #6

I haven’t heard everything the jury did so it is pretty hard to judge them. I do remember in the OJ trial that the comments by some of jury afterword indicated they simply did not understand some of the evidence that was presented to them. When we hear from the jury themselves we will have a better idea why they reached their verdict. In the US we have a system where if there is any reasonable doubt of the guilt of the suspect they are to be found not-guilty. No system of justice is perfect but we try to error on the side of the accused because we consider it better to let several guilty suspects go free than to risk wrongly convicting one innocent person. Even with these safeguards innocent people still get convicted though.

agrreee^ its always been about the money and the power to america.

Answer #8

Everyone I know thinks she’s guilty, all the news reporters talk show hosts, everyone thinks she’s guilty! It makes me sick that someone can kill their daughter and get of Scott free… There was plenty of evidence, it was circumstantial evidence… The jury just didnt understand

Answer #10

Agree and disagree. First off china will never tell us to pay the debt we owe them up front all at once. They are not stupid, they do that and all business with them will be out the window and they too will lose power and will no longer be a credit nation. Second off not all americans are about power and money so you can not really speak for the people like that. Third off the jury didn’t even get paid so how is that relevant to them not seeing if she was guilty or not. Yes there was evidence showing she did it but the head investigator also claimed that there was some pointing to innocence and being a neglectful parent. I personally did not follow the story to the fullest because in eiher case I don’t benefit if I get worked up. they can’t take her back to court for it so what’s done is done. Karma will deal with the rest

Answer #11

That is the beauty of our legal system here in America, Innocent until proven guilty. In this case there was “prosecutorial over-reaching”, which means that the prosecuting attorney did not have a good enough case for Murder and should have either waited, or went for negligence. Thank God we live in a country where raw emotion does not decide a case. We need evidence. Personally I feel that if she is guilty, she is the one that is going to miss out on the possible rehabilitation and therapy she could have had.

Answer #12

People are stupid everywhere you go just cause the negative stereotype of all Americans are stupid holds strong to every American when we leave the country doesn’t mean it holds true to the ENTIRE country. Btw I don’t know much about Norway and even though we have some cencorship we have freedom of speech and opinion they won’t deport you for that comment though most will ask why don’t you just move back to Norway.

Answer #13

The prison systems here in America are shït. Most do not have a rehabilatation system in them or therapy. The prisons just sit there bored. This is why we spend so much of prisons because prisoners will not know anything else they will just know three meals a day and I do not have to pay rent. Then if they do get out they can not get a job because people are so highly judgement. Sooo they commit crimes to get back in. Institutionalized men and women basically have no futures and Casey Anthony would not and probably will not either.

Answer #14

She is not getting out of it scot free. The prosecuter didn’t sell the evidence to the jury like the denfense lawyer did. In court trials it is all a game in order to win get the best lawyer you can and it will be gravy from there. But if she truly did it then the guilt will eat away at her eventually. I know she is not mentally well no mother who neglects their child like that could be but as far as mental illnesses she was not a sociopath so she knows what she did if she did it was wrong. The guilt will eat at her to an extreme amount.

Answer #15

At least in prison she would be forced to look at what she did (if infact she is guilty), and perhaps she would find some type of spiritual help (like so many do). Now she actually could make millions on a book deal for killing her daughter (if she is guilty).
