you weigh 130lbs?! how tall are you?! if you are 5’1’’ or taller you need to be quit talking about being 130lbs and “not knowing what to do about your weight”!!!

As for fanfeckingtastic .. I wanted to be anorexic, shi*t I weigh 165lbs and IM CONSTANTLY being TOLD that im fat. Im in the Army and by “REGULATION” im OBESE. Imagine how that feels. Totally natural to feel desperate about losing weight. in my case, I can get “flagged” which prevents me from getting promoted, be put on an overweight program and even get kicked out of the army for being overweight. Being deployed doesnt help either. Eating once a day and squeezing in a workout plan here and there after a 16hr shift is tough!!

With you having kids makes it even harder!! What I suggest you do is start slow. Think about how you’re mood reflects on your kids. If your kids are of age, take them to the park (even though its winter and its probably freezing). take them to an indoor kiddie gym and let them run around, and run around after them!! That’s one hell of a workout.

buy yourself a pair of jeans a size smaller than what you’re currently wearing, that should motivate you! Thats what I do!! When you’re kids are asleep lay on the ground and do some crunches or jump rope to get some cardio in.

I dunno there are so many different ways to start losing weight!!

Have you checked to ensure you do not have a thyroid issue? If you have and youo do not, then I would say — it is considered to safe to loose up to 2 lbs a week. When you want to loose 90 that can seem really hard to do. Eatting smaller meals more times a day is important - Women should eat approx. 5X a day (no huge meals), and you need to make sure you are getting the right amounts of protein, carbs and fat your body needs. On average, but I would say check with your doctor, it usually runs 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% good fats. Exercise is also essential, and after exercise you should try to eat a high protein item (not high fat). Don’t eat too late, and don’t starve yourself b/c your body will hold and store what little you do it, which will actually make you fatter. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn. Lots of water is important - no less that 8-8oz a day (and that truly is the minimum).
If I were you, I would talk to my doctor first to ensure it is not a health issue or slow metabolism. I hope this helps,
