Want to lose weight without anorexia?

Its sad. One topic leads to another. one girl killing herself because she wants to be SKINNY what are you doing girls.. honestly who r u trying to impress does skinny make you happy? if you never feel skinny enough? its not going to end. look at your pictures. look at what your doing. You do it and dont even think about what it is doing to yourselves. Your stomachs are shriviling up and eating themselves. once its shriveld. the acids in your body start to eat away at fat but u dont have any so it eats your muscles.., you become weak and then once your muscles are gone.. your bones are all you have. you guys are setting yourselves up for death when you could be living normal happy lives. If you think your fat.. and people look at you and go :O! or u hear the word anorexia are you not ashamed. everyone is unique. there are large people small people.. dont be what your not. Skinny isnt beautiful healthy is. You think if you told someone your anorexic they would call you beautiful? your acid eats EVERYTHING your throat your teeth. You have your little world and its messing your brains. girls who want to be anorexic. do you really. when you can take diet pills.. and not always feel fat? anorexia doesnt SOLVE anything when u decide to go anorexic you will ALWAYS feel fat. never pretty. ever. and itl lead to your death you people dont value your lives. you all have such wonderful lives to live and your killing your own self. If you need help talk to me. i have weight loss ideas. anorexia and bulimia is NOT the answer for those of you who want to shed 10 pounds or more try this out. Instead of becoming anorexic wanting to lose 10 then wanting to lose 10 more until your skin n bones. if u look at nicole ritchie how she use to be and how she is which one do you think is prettier.. or lindsay lohan.

MY DIET very easy

1.eat only salads and fruits.. no junk food OBVIOUSLY no milk or POP!: NOO OR CHOCOLATES and breads very fatening because of carbohydrates.. eat alot of fiber it fills u up and is healthy:) 2. Take long walks.. when u go on them even on a hot day wear a sweater the more you sweat the more you lose(if u can run thats even better HAVE WATER ON YOU) and 3. DRINK LOTS and i mean LOTS of water like im talking about 10 water bottles a day if not at LEAST 4 4. Cranberry juice flushes your system Its really good! (it doesnt give you diahreah it just cleanses your blood of fatty oils

ALSO random fact: alot of the time you think your hungry.. your really actually thirsty.. so..WATER. But eat lots of salads and stuff

if you do this in 2 weeks yuol be down 20 pounds
