What vitamins do you take on a daily basis?
I’ve been taking Lysine, Vitamin E,D,C, and B complex along with Cranberry pills and gingko for years.
i take flinstones vitamines cuz they just taste sooo freakin good and i like the sour gummie ones
i also take fishoil
Upon waking up, I take: Glutamine - 20g Leucine - 5g Arganine - 5g Creatine - 5g Calcium - 2 chewables
Before working out I always take the same stuff just a little more (30-40g) and after, double that.
Before I go to bed, I also take some Clcium chewies and some Omega-3 pills. It all helps keep me the size I am without eating away my muscles. I take plenty more vitamins, but I can’t name them because they’re too long. Lol.
haha idk. a bunch. normally eat food with many vitamins nd nutrients in em. i drink about 2 cups of orange juice so theres a ton of vitamin c. also i like being in the sun so im getting vitamin d right there.
i take a multi vitamin because i am a vegetarian
I take one of those multi-vitamins for women daily along with a vitamin D pill.
i take gummy bear ones=)..they say its for more vitamin b..idk wut that is…but their good and healthy 4 the body=)
oh and i take a b12 vitamin every day as well
B Vitamins are found a lot in meat like turkey and beef. It sends these vitamins to the muscle fibers so your muscles can grow faster. also, it helps speed up your metabolism and increases the immune system’s strength. It’s very healthy for you to take.
Fish oil is good, same as Omega-3. It has lots of fat required vitamins that are very rich for you. Omega-3 helps prevent diseases and also prevents certain cardivascular problems.

Evening primrose oil capsules, calcium tablets, folic acid, vitamin c, sometimes iron pills. I’m vegitarian and lactose intolerant so I take iron and calcium to help get the nutrients I should.
I just take a multi-vitamin, it’s so much easier haha (:
